You can buy it at http://enagic.com and go to the store. Use distributor ID 8701468 when ordering. The site wont let you order without an ID. Depends on which one you have and how much use, but normally about a year.

These are my questions also: Hi, What material is the bottle made from and how many ounces does it hold? Also, how long can you go before changing the filter?
Why not to put this info on the site?
